ATP Measurement - Using our High Flow Fluid Extraction process will greatly improve the cleanliness of any hard surface even the first time it is used. This improvement can be proven by taking ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) measurements before and after the cleaning process. We find that the ATP readings after the High Flow Fluid extraction process, are on average less than 10 which would be classed as a pass in a food preparation unit.

Adenosine Triphosphate, or ATP, is the energy molecule found in all living and once-living things, making it a perfect indicator when trying to determine if a surface is clean or not. With an ATP hygiene monitoring system, ATP is brought into contact with a unique liquid-stable reagent in the test device. Light is then emitted in direct proportion to the amount of ATP present in the sample and read in the monitor, providing information on the level of contamination in seconds.
