Chairman and Group Managing Director
Following a degree in Law, Nigel has had 33 years in the chemical, cleaning and facilities maintenance market. An accredited facilitator for the Franklin Covey organisation, Nigel is also a licensed practitioner of NLP and a Fellow of the Institute of Sales Management.
Aside from a passionate desire for values driven organisational development and growth, Nigel is a keen golfer and loves any type of competitive sport particularly cricket and tennis.
Nigel's biggest inspiration is great attitudes and a desire to get better -people who believe something is possible and find a way of doing it.

John Traynor BTech (Hons) ACA
Group Financial Director
John is the Financial Director of Denis Rawlins Ltd and has been with the company for over 5 years.
John joined Arthur Young (now Ernst and Young) after university and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1982. John was part of the team that purchased Denis Rawlins from Stephen Rawlins in 2012 and is responsible for the administrative and financial functions of the company.
He is a family man with a wife, 2 grown up daughters, a dog and 3 cats! He looks at the staff of Rawlins as part of his extended family and treats them accordingly. John also enjoys playing sports, especially golf and tennis and is known for being quite competitive.
Joint Managing Director and Sales Director, James has been at Denis Rawlins since June 2012.
James is a keen walker, golfer and skier and can often be found out doors somewhere when not walking.
James is passionate about elevating the role of the cleaning operative by helping to make cleaning a profession, “Good products and good practices are key to cleaner healthier spaces as well as a happy workforce” says James.
Mark is the General Manager at Denis Rawlins Ltd and has worked here for over 15 years.
In his spare time, he is a keen runner and achieved a lifelong ambition of completing the London Marathon recently.
He is also a season ticket holder down the (not so) mighty Wolverhampton Wanderers, so can be found bemoaning the Wolves luck each Monday morning with his colleagues.

Head Of Administration
Roz has been with Denis Rawlins Ltd for over 7 years and heads up our Sales Administration department. She enjoys travelling to foreign climates and keeping fit with regular yoga classes and gym visits.
Paige joined Denis Rawlins Ltd in April 2016 and is part of the Sales Administration team. She enjoys socialising with friends and family, loves animals, shopping, visiting new places and seeing concerts/shows every now and then.
Dan is part of the sales admin team.
Sales Administrator Apprentice
Shelby recently joined our Sales Administration team as a Business Administration Apprentice. She helps out with customer enquiries and administrative tasks. In her spare time she enjoys seeing friends and family, shopping and going to concerts.

Digital Marketing Manager
Kelly has been working for the company since 2013, managing a number of our websites and digital marketing activity. She enjoys eating out, travelling and a spot of retail therapy!
Nikki joined Rawlins in 2018 as Marketing Manager.
Claire joined the team in December 2017 and manages the accounts for all brands across the group.
Reece is our Accounts Assistant and has been with us since 2016.
In his spare time, Reece plays football at a semi-professional level. He also enjoys going to music festivals and travelling to different cities.
Dave is our Warehouse Manager, responsible for ensuring deliveries are received on time. Dave also likes socialising and spending time with family.
Assistant Warehouse Manager
Sue is one of our longest serving staff members and is part of our Warehouse operative team. She has 3 children, 5 grandchildren and enjoys weight training and gardening in her spare time.
Matt is a long-serving member of our Warehouse team with over 10 years experience. Away from his work with Denis Rawlins, Matt is a talented musician and features as lead in a local band.

Sales Manager (North)
Adrian is our Regional Sales Manager for the North of England and has been with Denis Rawlins Ltd for over 5 years. Adrian is also an avid football fan, following Leeds United.
Sales Manager (South)
Nigel is the Sales Manager covering the South and South East of England. He has been with the company for over 10 years.
Sales Manager (Midlands & West)
Paul is an experienced member of the team with over 10 years under his belt and fills our Technical Sales Manager position. When he is not demonstrating the Denis Rawlins range, he is a bit of a handy-man, and repairs machinery in and outside the office. He also enjoys watching sport and spending time with family.
